Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering.
• 1-5 years’ experience in an engineering role within the wind and/or offshore industry.
• Familiarity with Foundations T&I projects and jack-up vessels (advantage).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D or 3D modelling and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tender Managers to define winning technical content.
• Prepare method statements, vessel programs, and layouts for bids.
• Conduct tender-stage engineering: vessel positioning, deck layouts, lifting; site assessments.
• Develop templates, tools, and methodologies to improve tender efficiency and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Crews, Clients, and Suppliers to ensure compliant technical packages.
