Vestas seeks a Senior Offshore Product Manager to guide the strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management of service solutions for its offshore turbine portfolio. The role sits within a global team, requiring collaboration across regions and functions to drive profitability and commercial success in a dynamic wind energy market.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent background in wind energy, renewables, or a comparable industrial sector.
• Extensive experience in product management, service business, offshore WTG business, or commercialization of complex technical solutions.
• Experience operating in complex global organizations and generating business value through cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical, operational and commercial topics into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Global Service Commercial requirements to guide service priorities in product roadmap.
• Represent Service Commercial in Offshore turbine product development projects and ensure commercial viability.
• Consolidate customer and regional needs into service products and business cases.
• Own the commercialization of new service offerings, including pricing and go-to-market.
• Drive product adoption and track business case performance through sales enablement and engagement.
• Be product owner and SME on a portfolio of Service products.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Regions, Global Service and value chain.
