Qualifications

• Engineering or business degree (Electrical/Mechanical) or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with cross-functional, multi-site projects.
• Proficiency with PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with quality, HSE standards and safety/compliance principles.
• Exposure to governance, risk management and contractual frameworks.
• Experience with SAP PPM, Power BI, MS Project and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated projects within an assigned cluster, ensuring safe, timely delivery.
• Own financial management, scheduling, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Coordinate with Site Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and HSE.
• Ensure offshore readiness, governance, transparency, and cross-functional alignment.
• Act as ambassador for Vestas; drive collaboration, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Mentor colleagues, promote knowledge sharing and enhance technical maturity.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive engagement and site visits.
