Semco Maritime is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Main Component Exchanges in offshore wind. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery across engineering, marine operations, HSEQ, SCM, and site teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective execution for clients in Northern and Central Europe.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven track record in complex offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, commerce, or project management.
• Experience planning and executing complex offshore wind projects in Northern and Central Europe.
• Knowledge of structured project documentation management (naming, version control, folders, access rights).
• Understanding of vessel mobilisation, POB planning, and offshore logistics.
• Knowledge of UK CDM 2015 and Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) is a bonus.
• Strong planning and coordination across interfaces; MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage for local setup.
• Solid HSEQ mindset and safe execution in offshore environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCE projects from handover and planning through execution and close‑out.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans (scope, milestones, resources, logistics).
• Coordinate interfaces across internal teams, customers and subcontractors with clear governance and communication.
• Present projects to the steering committee with structure and transparency.
• Manage project risk, change and decision‑making for predictable delivery.
• Ensure robust project documentation, reporting, cost tracking and lessons learned.
• Support health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities.
• Work across a matrix organisation to align deliverables.
