Job summary

Copenhagen Offshore Partners is seeking a Senior SCADA & OT Security Package/Project Manager to lead SCADA, OT, communications, systems integration and cybersecurity workstreams on major offshore wind projects. You will drive safe, secure and efficient delivery from tendering through commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SCADA/OT or related digital infrastructure
• 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role on large projects
• Proven delivery across infrastructure, energy or offshore wind
• Technical expertise in SCADA, industrial networks, IEC 61850, and cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage stakeholders in SCADA, OT security and related systems
• Develop ITT/RFI docs, procurement materials and governance gate presentations
• Oversee supplier selection, tender evaluations and contract negotiations
• Define SCADA/OT/communications architecture including control centers, RTUs, PLCs and networks
• Lead system integration across WTG, OSS, ONS, transmission and operational systems
• Incorporate security-by-design and align with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, IEC 61850
• Lead assurance activities (FAT, SAT, commissioning, cybersecurity validation) across projects
