Job summary

Randstad is recruiting for an Offshore Resource Planner in Aarhus to coordinate site personnel for international wind energy projects. The temporary role runs from now until the end of 2027, with potential extension. You will influence project execution from day one, starting as soon as possible.

You will maintain the master plan, lead resource alignment meetings, and work with mobility and training teams to ensure compliance and qualifications. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, resource allocation, or project coordination in energy, construction, or similar industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master plan for site personnel to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.
• Lead regular resource allocation alignment meetings with site management, project teams and team leaders.
• Identify potential resource bottlenecks and implement backup plans with affected departments.
• Collaborate with mobility advisors and training planners to ensure crews hold required qualifications and comply with regulations.
