Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific is seeking a temporary sourcing manager to develop negotiation and contract management skills while collaborating with experienced technical experts, project managers and supply managers to support green energy initiatives.

You will independently manage procurement processes (RfQs, price negotiations, supplier communications), ensure SAP price lists are current for PO creation, and lead commercial negotiations in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and price list negotiations.
• Experience drafting and managing contracts for technical equipment or related services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across teams.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in an international environment.
• Structured, organized work style in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing procurement processes, including RfQs, price negotiations and supplier communication in support of the overall sourcing strategy.
• Ensuring within the defined scope that SAP price lists are up to date, ready for Purchase Order creation.
• Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Defining negotiation strategies and leading commercial negotiations to achieve the best outcomes.
