Job summary

Randstad is recruiting for an Offshore Resource Planner in Aarhus to coordinate site personnel for international wind energy projects. The temporary role runs from now until the end of 2027, with potential extension. You will influence project execution from day one, starting as soon as possible.

You will maintain the master plan, lead resource alignment meetings, and work with mobility and training teams to ensure compliance and qualifications. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, resource allocation, or project coordination in energy, construction, or similar industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

This temporary position as an Offshore Resource Planner in Aarhus offers you a key role in coordinating site personnel for international wind energy projects. your profile and competencies

To succeed in this role, you work in a structured manner and communicate proactively across technical functions and cultures. You maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment and independently tackle challenges before they escalated.

• You bring proven experience with planning, resource allocation, or project coordination, ideally within energy, construction, or a similar industry.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and build constructive relationships across different departments.

Knowledge of mobility regulations and labor law requirements for offshore workers is considered an advantage. On a personal level, you are service-minded, solution-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing tasks under pressure.
