Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S is seeking an Operations Engineer, Asset Planner, to oversee mid- and long-term planning for service campaigns and retrofit activities at Thor Offshore Wind Farm. You'll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to establish robust plans, monitor delivery, analyze deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.

The role requires experience in offshore wind operations, SAP PM and strong project management skills, with English fluency and Danish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with offshore wind operations and planning.
• Experience with SAP PM.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, structured, analytical planning approach.
• Aware of health and safety requirements.
• English fluency; Danish language skills a plus; reside within commuting distance of Thorsminde.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- and long-term planning and optimisation of service campaigns and retrofit activities.
• Develop and communicate campaign programmes to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report campaign progress and deviations; coordinate corrective actions.
• Act as site focal point for planning-related digital tools.
• Coordinate with central functions to support Danish permits, certifications, and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify operational synergies across the offshore fleet.
• Ensure activities meet health, safety and environmental standards.
