Semco Maritime A/S seeks a Tender Manager to lead the full tender lifecycle for renewable offshore services, with a strong focus on offshore wind. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, and deliver compliant, customer-focused proposals on time.

Based in Denmark with travel to Esbjerg, Aarhus, Copenhagen or Grimsby, UK, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Procurement to transform complex requirements into competitive, operational solutions while

Qualifications

• Experience in tender or bid management within offshore wind or renewable energy.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead renewable offshore service tenders from qualification through submission, negotiation and handover.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, responsibilities and review gates.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, contractual, procurement, finance and HSEQ contributions into cohesive proposals.
• Manage pricing inputs, assumptions, exclusions, compliance, risks, opportunities, clarifications and approvals.
• Prepare and quality‑assure customer-focused submissions and capture lessons learned.
