Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a Tender Manager to lead the complete tender lifecycle for offshore wind and renewable services. You will coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver compliant, competitive proposals, from qualification to handover, across multiple regions including Esbjerg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Grimsby.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement and HSEQ, ensuring governance, pricing accuracy, and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender or bid management within offshore wind or renewables.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary tenders.
• Strong understanding of tender governance, pricing, and contract risk.
• Excellent written English and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tender/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable offshore service tenders from qualification through award and handover.
• Establish tender strategies, plans, timelines, responsibilities, review gates, and communication routines.
• Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, contractual, procurement, finance, and HSEQ inputs into coherent proposals.
• Manage pricing inputs, exclusions, compliance, risks, opportunities, clarifications, and internal approvals.
• Prepare and quality-assure customer-focused submissions and capture lessons learned.
