Job summary

Coop Trading A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a proactive Supply Coordinator to optimize the flow of goods and secure high service levels for our Nordic stores. You will manage supplier changes, product launches and onboarding, and work on cross-functional projects to improve supply chain operations.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong data discipline, and excellent English communication. A hybrid office setup in Copenhagen and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Short to medium long education in logistics.
• 2+ years experience within logistics, transport, or production.
• Experience handling delivery issues and value chain from supplier to store.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
• Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of Nordic languages may help.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving on delivery issues with suppliers and national order planners.
• Secure high service level and coordinate supplier changes, assortment changes, launches, onboarding new suppliers.
• Develop supply strategies with Procurement to ensure high service level and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain operations.
• Continuously optimize the supply chain with suppliers.
