Job summary

Coop Trading in Denmark is seeking a Supply Coordinator to help optimize the supply chain and ensure service levels for Nordic stores. You will work with suppliers, coordinate changes, and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance our private-brand supply chain.

The role requires a logistics education and 2+ years in logistics or related fields, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics (short to medium length).
• 2+ years experience in logistics, transport, or production.
• Experience with delivery issues and the value chain from supplier to store.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with IT systems.
• Good written and spoken English; Nordic language knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving on delivery issues in close cooperation with suppliers and national order planners.
• Secure high service level and coordinate supplier changes, assortment changes, new product launches, and onboarding new suppliers.
• Develop supply strategies together with our Procurement department to ensure high service level and a Total Cost of Ownership within our contracts.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain operations.
• Continuously optimize the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers.
