We are now looking for a Supply planner to join our Supply Chain team in either Copenhagen, Utrecht or Brussels. You will play a key role in matching supply with demand, ensuring the right stock at the right time, while maintaining a healthy stock level. Furthermore, you will focus on continuous improvements of our Supply chain KPIs in close co-operation with the rest of the supply chain team.
Responsibilities
- Identify service issues and risks by monitoring out-of-stock situations and liaise with Global Supply teams or Procurement to resolve or mitigate them
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled with minimal disruption by working closely with customer service and sales teams
- Monitor slow moving-, obsolete- and aging stocks and propose improvement actions
- Propose and implement actions to improve the Portfolio health
- Plan and optimize third-party supply of finished goods with a focus on service, cost, and cash
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply process, procedures, and internal routines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's Degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Engineering)
- Min. 2 years of Supply Chain planning experience (preferably within FMCG)
- Strong focus on efficiency and value chain optimization
- Customer centric mindset – our customer happiness is at the heart of everything we do
- An excellent ability to manage and influence stakeholders (internal & external) and building lasting trustful relationships
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
- Good analytical skills, break down complex problems to get to the root cause of it
- Experience of SAP ECC, SAP APO and strong Excel skills is a clear advantage
- Eager to take ownership and initiative
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in either Dutch, French, or a Scandinavian language

You will join our Northern European Demand Planning team in one of the three locations and be part of our greater supply chain team which consist of Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Logistics and Customer service specialists.
