Job summary

IFF is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across Denmark, Sweden, Italy, and Switzerland, driving employee relations, performance, and organizational development in a global matrix setup. Based in Brabrand, Denmark, this hybrid role sits within the Nordic HR team and focuses on delivering an engaging, high-performing workplace culture and meaningful employee experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field.
Experience as HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist in an international matrix.
Strong knowledge of Danish employment law.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted HR partner and advisor to leaders and employees on HR topics.
Partner with managers to support engagement, leadership capability, and talent growth.
Provide guidance on employment law, labor market practices, and organizational changes.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services to deliver a great employee experience.
Leverage global HR programs while adapting to local needs.
Occasional travel within Europe.
