Qualifications

• 5–6 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nordics market and supplier landscape (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
• Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive local product agenda aligned with category strategy and guidelines.
• Navigate Nordic market constraints across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
• Lead project management for new ingredient requests between Culinary, Product, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Act as gatekeeper to ensure onboarding processes are followed consistently.
• Coordinate cross-market sourcing opportunities and support SKU consolidation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead supplier interactions and tender processes in the Nordics and coordinate multi-market sourcing.
• Collaborate with FSQA and Supply Chain to tweak ingredient specs for cost, quality, and performance.
