Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with full P&L accountability.
• Strong financial discipline and understanding of business drivers.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English; local language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive long-term sustainable growth and enterprise value.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Regulatory.
• Oversee portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management and launches locally.
• Ensure governance, forecast accuracy, and risk management across the affiliate.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Foster a high-performing organization with succession planning.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
