Job summary

Deel is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Nordics, acquiring new customers and managing relationships in defined segments.

You will understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. This role supports the commercial strategy with data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, within mid-market account management or expansion-focused roles.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in mid-market organizations.
• Experience using a consultative approach to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell with cross-departmental support.
