Job summary

L’Oréal seeks a strategic Data Partner to accelerate its transformation across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You’ll translate data into compelling narratives and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) to guide commercial decisions and growth.

Reporting to the Head of Data, you will build robust SQL and Python pipelines, bridging back-end and business needs while partnering with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to drive data-driven change.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a technical or analytical field.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Strong storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into data solutions and dashboards that drive growth.
• Build robust SQL and Python pipelines and automations to support decisions.
