Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a data-driven professional to act as a strategic partner across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You will translate complex data into business narratives that guide commercial decisions and transform operations.

Reporting to the Head of Data, you will build front-end dashboards (PowerBI), develop robust SQL and Python pipelines, and influence cross-functional leaders to adopt data-led strategies across Marketing, Commercial, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Educational background in a technical/analytical field.
• Fluent in English.
• Commercial acumen with ability to influence senior decisions.
• Strong SQL and front-end dashboard development skills.
• Proficient data analytics, governance, PM, stakeholder engagement, change management.

A Day In The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will act as a strategic business partner, playing a pivotal role in accelerating L’Oréal's ongoing business transformation across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland). You won't just build technical solutions; you will translate complex data into compelling business narratives, guiding commercial decisions and shape our strategy.

Strategic Insight & Value Creation

Translate ambiguous business challenges into high-impact data solutions and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) that directly drive commercial growth and operational efficiency.

Business Transformation & Technical Execution

Leverage SQL and Python to build robust pipelines and automations, bridging the gap between technical back-end capabilities and commercial business needs.

Stakeholder Influence & Change Management

Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance) to manage data initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and drive change across the organization.

We Are Looking For

• An educational background in a technical or analytical field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Commercial Acumen & Influence: Proven ability to understand business drivers, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and influence senior decision-makers to adopt data-led strategies.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in SQL and front-end dashboard development, combined with structured problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial initiative.
• 5 Core Skills: Data Analytics, Data Governance, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Change Management.
