L’Oréal seeks a strategic Data Partner to accelerate its transformation across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You’ll translate data into compelling narratives and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) to guide commercial decisions and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Data, you will build robust SQL and Python pipelines, bridging back-end and business needs while partnering with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to drive data-driven change.
Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will act as a strategic business partner, playing a pivotal role in accelerating L’Oréal's ongoing business transformation across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland). You won't just build technical solutions; you will translate complex data into compelling business narratives, guiding commercial decisions and shape our strategy.
Strategic Insight & Value Creation:Translate ambiguous business challenges into high-impact data solutions and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) that directly drive commercial growth and operational efficiency.
Business Transformation & Technical Execution: Leverage SQL and Python to build robust pipelines and automations, bridging the gap between technical back-end capabilities and commercial business needs.
Stakeholder Influence & Change Management:Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance) to manage data initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and drive change across the organization.
