Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a data-driven strategic partner to accelerate the Nordics Hub transformation (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You’ll translate complex data into business narratives and shape commercial decisions through PowerBI dashboards and data pipelines.

You will use SQL and Python to build robust pipelines, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to influence senior leaders to adopt data-led strategies.

Qualifications

• Background in a technical or analytical field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Commercial acumen & influence: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong foundation in SQL and front-end dashboard development; structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business challenges into high-impact data solutions and front-end dashboards.
• Build robust pipelines and automations using SQL and Python to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage data initiatives and drive data-driven change across the organization.
