Job summary

L’Oréal Danmark A/S seeks a strategic Data Insight partner to drive the Nordics Hub data transformation. You will translate complex data into business narratives guiding commercial decisions and shaping strategy across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Use SQL and Python to build robust pipelines and automate processes, and develop Power BI dashboards that connect back-end data with commercial needs while influencing senior stakeholders toward data-led choices.

Qualifications

A Day In The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will act as a strategic business partner, playing a pivotal role in accelerating L’Oréal's ongoing business transformation across the Nordics Hub (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland). You won't just build technical solutions; you will translate complex data into compelling business narratives, guiding commercial decisions and shape our strategy.

Strategic Insight & Value Creation:

Translate ambiguous business challenges into high-impact data solutions and front-end dashboards (PowerBI) that directly drive commercial growth and operational efficiency.

Business Transformation & Technical Execution:

Leverage SQL and Python to build robust pipelines and automations, bridging the gap between technical back-end capabilities and commercial business needs.

Stakeholder Influence & Change Management:

Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance) to manage data initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and drive change across the organization.

We Are Looking For

• An educational background in a technical or analytical field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Commercial Acumen & Influence: Proven ability to understand business drivers, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and influence senior decision-makers to adopt data-led strategies.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in SQL and front-end dashboard development, combined with structured problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial initiative.
