Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a seasoned Country Manager Nordics to define and execute the Nordic strategy from Denmark, reporting to the General Manager Catalyse Cluster. You will lead a multi-country team, build partnerships with payers and regulators, and drive revenue growth across hematology and future franchises.

This role requires deep senior leadership experience in pharma, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate a highly regulated market.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in pharma/biopharma with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead in a multi-country, matrix environment.
• Deep knowledge of Nordic pharmaceutical markets and HA/payer landscape.
• Experience with life cycle management and product launches.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with regulators, payers, and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Nordic country strategy aligned with European/Global plans.
• Lead a regional management team and drive revenue and profit targets.
• Establish relationships with regulators, payers, and industry bodies.
• Oversee market access, launch planning, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and BeOne standards.
