Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Vision Suite Manager to lead sales for diagnostic and visualization technologies across Denmark and Norway. You will travel within the Nordic region, demonstrate equipment, and support healthcare professionals in operating rooms and clinics.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and drive growth with hospital and private sector customers. Fluency in Danish or Norwegian and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in medical devices, capital equipment sales, or surgical healthcare.
Strong knowledge of digital visualization systems and diagnostic workflows.
Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and market share for diagnostic and visualization technologies in Nordic territory.
Collaborate with IOL Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and build account plans.
Demonstrate equipment, deliver training, and support healthcare professionals in OR and clinical settings.
Develop strategic account plans and manage opportunities through Salesforce, including quotations.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to strengthen Alcon's position and customer engagement.
