Job summary

Takeda in Denmark (Vallensbæk) seeks a Tender and Pricing Lead to own end-to-end pricing and tender activities across Denmark and Iceland. You will ensure timely, high-quality submissions, support pricing strategy, market access, and business continuity while modernizing processes with digital tools and AI.

You will collaborate with Nordic teams to translate market data into actionable recommendations and drive governance across pricing data and systems. Fluent Danish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, market access, life sciences or similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience in market access, pricing, tender management or business planning.
• Knowledge of Danish healthcare systems and tender processes.
• Experience in Denmark; Iceland or Nordic markets is a plus.
• Fluent in Danish and English, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of national hospital tenders in Denmark and Iceland.
• Lead tender analysis, scenario modelling, risk assessments, and business cases.
• Coordinate high-quality tender submissions per Takeda processes and regulatory standards.
• Drive standardization of tender processes, templates, workflows, and data governance.
• Support tender strategy by analyzing customer needs and market dynamics.
• Manage pricing planning, implementation, and external reporting.
• Maintain pricing data with version control and audit trails.
• Monitor tender outcomes, contracts, product uptake, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to align supply with tenders.
