Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Sourcing & Vendor Performance Lead to shape Nordic sourcing decisions into tangible operational gains. You will drive a common approach to sourcing and supplier performance across the Nordic Underlay Delivery & Access Lines, aligning procurement with production, delivery management and finance.

You will own the operational sourcing strategy, build transparency across the supplier landscape, and collaborate with procurement and local delivery teams to improve cost,

Qualifications

Solid experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management or supplier performance.
Experience with make-or-buy decisions and changes to delivery models (insourcing/outsourcing/nearshoring).
Strong experience with contracts, pricing, SLAs and tenders.

Responsibilities

Drive Nordic sourcing strategy across Nordic Underlay Delivery & Line Management.
Participate in Procurement processes with requirements, volumes, cost drivers and performance data.
Lead operational implementation and transition of new sourcing models while protecting production, quality and knowledge.
Build transparency across supplier landscape by comparing contracts, capacity, costs and performance.
Drive structured supplier governance, performance reviews and improvement or escalation plans.
