2care4 is seeking a Hospital Tender Manager / Associate to drive Nordic hospital tenders from analysis to execution in collaboration with Purchase, Sales, PLM and Regulatory Affairs. You will identify opportunities, build business cases, plan launches and monitor contract performance.

The role offers broad exposure to the pharmaceutical value chain, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate hospital tenders across the Nordic markets.
Prepare tender submissions and ensure high-quality, timely execution.
Develop business cases and evaluate profitability and risks.
Support launch planning and implementation of new hospital products.
Monitor tender outcomes, contract performance, market developments, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchase, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and external partners.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and follow-up on actions and deliverables.
Improve tender processes, reporting, data quality, and decision tools.
Utilize analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
