Job summary

NOVENCO Building & Industry A/S is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager at our headquarters in Denmark to lead Lean initiatives and production development. You will steer a small team of technicians and engineers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, efficient manufacturing across new lines and existing processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or similar roles.
• Proven experience designing, implementing or optimizing production lines within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis).
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects from identification to implementation.
• Ability to influence change across operators, engineers, managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new production lines and layouts to improve flow, safety, quality and scalability.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and standardisation.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects across Production, Engineering, Quality and other functions.
• Lead and develop a small team of Production Technicians and Engineers.
• Integrate manufacturing requirements into new product development and industrialisation.
• Support the introduction and ramp-up of new production lines with standards and training.
• Build Lean capabilities across the organisation and coach teams.
• Measure and sustain improvements in productivity, quality, and lead time.
