Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a People Experience Partner Nordics in Copenhagen to lead HR programs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will partner with regional teams to deliver payroll, benefits and HR services with a focus on accuracy, compliance and employee experience.

The role requires 4+ years HR generalist experience, Nordic payroll know-how, and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language plus English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years HR generalist experience with payroll and benefits.
• Nordic payroll across multiple Nordic countries.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic labor laws and CBAs.
• Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms.
• Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Nordic payroll and benefits administration.
• Partner with People Business Partners to drive HR programs.
• Support employee relations and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate HR data analytics.
