Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Copenhagen is seeking a People Experience Partner Nordics to own the local execution of Global People programs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will partner with employees and managers to translate HR policies into practical solutions and drive payroll operations with external providers.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits across Nordic markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years HR experience including payroll and benefits.
• Experience across multiple Nordic countries.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic labor laws and CBAs.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Own local execution of Global People programs in the Nordics.
• Manage monthly Nordic payroll inputs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.
• Support employee relations and HR policy translation for managers.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and GDPR.
• Collaborate with People Partners and CoE to improve HR service delivery.
