The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading payroll implementation projects, supporting clients, and adapting processes for efficiency while working in a diverse environment.

This position allows for flexible working arrangements from anywhere in the Nordics. Annual salary ranges from €41,600 to €93,600 EUR with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes.
• Deep knowledge in using local payroll tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for the Nordics.
• Lead payroll implementation projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing support during the implementation.
