Job summary

NCC Building Nordics seeks a Segment Lead Healthcare to develop and drive the healthcare segment across Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate market activities, and build the segment network with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires experience from Nordic hospital projects, contract strategy insight, and a proactive customer approach. Frequent Nordic travel, a full-time position based in a NCC office, and opportunities for continued

Qualifications

• Experience from development and execution of large hospital projects in a Nordic context.
• Understanding of contracting models, negotiations and commercial set-ups in complex construction projects.
• Proactive customer approach and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the healthcare segment strategy and ensure implementation.
• Monitor market opportunities and support sales activities across Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Lead the healthcare segment network within Building Nordics and promote knowledge sharing.
• Provide second opinions at critical project stages and coordinate segment activities.
