Job summary

NCC is seeking a Category Manager & Team Leader to drive Nordic Fleet strategy and lead a cross-country team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will shape category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and push Nordic processes forward with a focus on value creation.

Based in the Nordics with some travel, you will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver sustainable procurement outcomes and develop a high performing fleet function aligned with NCC's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with teams in a changing environment.
• Background in category management, procurement and supply chains.
• Academic degree in engineering, business, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies that support NCC’s goals.
• Lead the Nordic Fleet team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
• Develop Nordic processes, responsibilities and governance.
• Own and develop Nordic supplier agreements and governance.
• Build supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management.
• Analyze market trends, conduct risk assessments, provide insights.
• Ensure use of category strategies and framework agreements.
• Follow up on KPIs and maintain inventory visibility.
