Job summary

NCC Danmark A/S seeks a Category Manager & Team Leader to guide our Nordic Fleet transformation. You will lead a six-person team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, combining strategic category responsibility with day-to-day leadership.

This role partners with internal teams and suppliers to deliver a cohesive, high-quality fleet function. You will develop Nordic category strategies, manage supplier agreements, and drive governance and processes aligned with NCC's strategic direction, while

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, procurement and supply chains.
• Strong leadership in matrix organizations.
• Academic degree in engineering, business, economics or related field.
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies that support NCC's Nordic Fleet goals.
• Lead the Nordic Fleet team across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and set priorities.
• Own supplier agreements, policies and governance within the category.
• Drive the ongoing transformation to Nordic processes and ways of working.
