The role blends category strategy with commercial finance, guiding budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and portfolio decisions across global categories, with emphasis on analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or related area.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Finance Business Partner to Global Category Leadership and provide strategic financial insight.
• Translate category strategies into financial ambitions, investment priorities and value creation roadmaps.
• Lead financial evaluations of innovation, renovation, and new product development.
