Job summary

Danish Crown in Randers is seeking a Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner to act as trusted partner to Global Category Leadership, translating category strategy into financial ambitions and creating measurable business value.

You will shape category economics, lead FP&A, portfolio and pricing analyses, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Production Finance to ensure sustainable growth and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, FP&A, Strategy or related areas.
• Fluency in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Finance Business Partner to Global Category Leadership, providing strategic counsel and financial insight to support key business decisions
• Translate category strategies into financial ambitions, investments and value creation roadmaps
• Drive category performance in growth, pricing, portfolio mix, margin, and profitability
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide informed recommendations for sustainable value creation
• Lead portfolio optimization and product lifecycle management from a finance perspective
• Own the financial planning and forecasting process for Global Categories and connect priorities with outcomes
• Facilitate fact-based decision-making with clear insights, analyses and constructive challenge
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Production Finance to reflect end-to-end category economics in decisions
