Danish Crown is seeking a Senior Lead, Finance Business Partner for Global Categories. You will act as trusted partner to Global Category Leadership, translating category strategy into financial ambitions and value creation, shaping decisions with strategic insight.

You will own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance dialogues with senior stakeholders across the business. You will also partner with Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Production Finance to ensure end-to-end category economics are

Qualifications

Experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Category Finance, FP&A or Strategy.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with clear communication.
Fluency in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted Finance Business Partner to Global Category Leadership with strategic counsel.
Translate category strategies into financial ambitions and value creation roadmaps.
Drive category performance across growth, pricing, portfolio mix, margin and profitability.
Identify risks and opportunities and provide informed recommendations for value creation.
Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting for Global Categories and connect priorities to outcomes.
Partner with Sales, Operations, FP&A and Production Finance to reflect category economics in decisions.
Lead financial evaluations of innovation, renovation, and new product development.
