Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• At least 3 years of sales experience within life sciences, biotech, or CRO.
• Familiarity with Gene Synthesis, Proteins, Peptides, Antibodies, or Cell Line Development.
• Hands-on lab experience and ability to engage in scientific discussions with customers.
• Experience in prospecting, territory management, lead management, negotiation and closing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned accounts across the territory, building partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Map customer needs and develop a sales strategy, positioning GenScript’s products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Schedule visits and calls, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to shape commercial strategy.
• Represent GenScript at conferences, meetings, and events.
