Job summary

EG is hiring a Business Development Representative in Ballerup, Denmark. You will qualify inbound leads, perform outbound prospecting, and book discovery meetings to grow our Nordic SMB pipeline.

You’ll use Apollo and AI-assisted workflows, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to optimize targeting and conversion. We seek recent graduates in Business/Marketing/Communication who are fluent in English and Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, with strong communication and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Qualification: qualify inbound leads with fast follow-up.
• Outbound Prospecting: engage whitespace accounts via multi-channel outreach.
• Meeting Generation: book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Pipeline Creation: run outreach cadences to build pipeline.
• AI-Powered Outreach: use AI workflows to personalise messaging and follow-ups.
• Collaboration with Sales: work with RevOps and AEs to refine targeting.
