on behalf of a major global player within the offshore and wind energy sector, Randstad is seeking a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Non-Conformance Management (NCM) Coordinator.
You will join the client's Global Offshore Operational Site Quality team, playing a central role in ensuring quality and compliance across large-scale international construction projects.
The NCM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering non-conformance management activities across offshore construction projects. You will ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are processed, monitored, and closed in accordance with established governance and quality requirements.
A significant part of the role also involves coordinating quality-related cost recovery activities, ensuring that liability is appropriately assigned, supporting evidence collection, and facilitating recovery processes.
to succeed in this role, you must be a strong communicator with a structured approach to your work. You thrive in a coordinating function where you manage multiple priorities and interact with various stakeholders daily.
Location: Your primary workplace will be the client's office in Aarhus. However, you will be expected to spend several weeks in Esbjerg at the beginning of your employment to shadow the local site team and get familiar with the role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (37 hours per week).
