NCM Coordinator: Offshore Quality & Compliance

Job summary

Randstad Denmark seeks a proactive NCM Coordinator in Aarhus, with initial onboarding in Esbjerg, for a 2-year temporary contract starting ASAP. You will join the Global Offshore Operational Site Quality team to ensure quality and governance across large offshore construction projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating NCRs from initiation to closure, tracking progress with stakeholders, maintaining records in quality systems, and supporting cost recovery activity and liability allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, project support, administration, or coordination.
• Experience maintaining records within quality management systems.
• Understanding non-conformance management processes and corrective action workflows.
• Experience in wind energy, construction, manufacturing or similar technical industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of cost recovery, claims management, ISO 9001 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-conformities through the NCR process from initiation to closure.
• Monitor NCR progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely actions.
• Facilitate communication between Quality Managers, Procurement and Suppliers.
• Maintain accurate NCR records, supporting documentation, and cost recovery evidence.
• Review NCRs for completeness, accuracy, liability allocation, and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute NCR status reports and performance indicators.
• Support quality trend analysis, audits, and escalate overdue NCRs.
