Offshore NCM Coordinator — Quality & Compliance

Job summary

Randstad is recruiting on behalf of a client in Aarhus, with initial onboarding in Esbjerg, for a 2-year temporary contract starting ASAP. The NCM Coordinator will join the Global Offshore Operational Site Quality team to ensure quality and compliance on large-scale international construction projects.

You will coordinate NCRs, manage cost-recovery activities, and support documentation and reporting. Strong English, coordination skills, and stakeholder interaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, project support, administration, or coordination.
• Experience maintaining records within quality management systems.
• Knowledge of non-conformance management processes and corrective actions.
• Experience in wind energy, construction, or related technical industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NCR process from initiation to closure and monitor progress.
• Facilitate communication between Quality Managers, Procurement, and Suppliers.
• Maintain NCR records, supporting documentation, and cost-recovery evidence.
• Review NCRs for completeness, liability, and compliance; prepare status reports.
• Support quality trend analysis, audits, and escalation of overdue NCRs.
