Job summary

CS WIND Offshore in Aalborg, Denmark, part of CS WIND Corporation, seeks a skilled BPM/Quality professional to govern business processes and drive efficiency across cross-functional teams.

You will implement and maintain the Process Management System, lead audits, and ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and APQP4Wind while supporting continuous improvement and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management or Quality Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and APQP4Wind standards and methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping, improvement, root cause analysis, and quality management.
  • Hands-on audits and familiarity with Process Management and Document Management Systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's process model and documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional BPM initiatives and drive standardization.
  • Implement and support the Process Management System.
  • Plan and deliver BPM training and awareness activities.
  • Coordinate BPM community and ensure compliance with ISO and APQP4Wind.

  • Develop and maintain the company's process model and process documentation
  • Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of cross-functional business processes
  • Implement and support the Process Management System
  • Drive and process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Plan and deliver Business Process Management (BPM) training and awareness activities
  • Establish and facilitate a BPM community across the organization
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and applicable legal, ISO, and APQP4Wind requirements
  • Lead and manage comprehensive QMS Audits, including leading internal audits, driving external/third-party certification audits, and hosting customer audits
  • Support the maintenance and continuous development of the APQP4Wind standard and related process requirements
As part of the team, we imagine that you:
  • Have a relevant educational background and at least 3 years of experience within Business Process Management, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and APQP4Wind standards and methodologies
  • Have experience with process mapping, process improvement, root cause analysis, and quality management
  • Possess hands-on experience with audits, Process Management Systems, and Document Management Systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented manner
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken Danish and English
