Job summary

Randstad acts on behalf of a client in Aarhus (onboarding in Esbjerg) for a 2-year temporary NCM Coordinator role in offshore construction. You will join the Global Offshore Operational Site Quality team to ensure NCR processing and cost recovery activities across large-scale projects.

The role requires strong communication, structured project support, and experience with quality management systems. Initial weeks in Esbjerg followed by on-site work in Aarhus, with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, project support, administration, or coordination.
• Experience maintaining records in quality management systems.
• Understanding non-conformance management processes and corrective action workflows.
• Experience in wind energy, construction, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-conformities through the NCR process from initiation to closure.
• Monitor NCR progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely actions.
• Facilitate communication between Quality Managers, Procurement, Suppliers and investigations.
• Maintain accurate NCR records, supporting documentation and cost recovery evidence.
• Review NCRs for completeness, liability allocation, and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute NCR status reports, cost recovery metrics and KPIs.
• Support quality trend analyses, audits, and escalation of overdue NCRs.

Randstad is recruiting on behalf of a client in Aarhus (with initial onboarding in Esbjerg) for a 2-year temporary contract starting ASAP.

on behalf of a major global player within the offshore and wind energy sector, Randstad is seeking a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Non-Conformance Management (NCM) Coordinator.

You will join the client's Global Offshore Operational Site Quality team, playing a central role in ensuring quality and compliance across large-scale international construction projects.

About the role:

The NCM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering non-conformance management activities across offshore construction projects. You will ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are processed, monitored, and closed in accordance with established governance and quality requirements.

A significant part of the role also involves coordinating quality-related cost recovery activities, ensuring that liability is appropriately assigned, supporting evidence collection, and facilitating recovery processes.

• Coordinating non-conformities through the established NCR process from initiation to closure.

• Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Quality Managers, Procurement, Suppliers) involved in investigations and cost recovery processes.

• Reviewing NCRs for completeness, accuracy, liability allocation, and compliance.
• Preparing and distributing NCR status reports, cost recovery metrics, and performance indicators.
• Supporting quality trend analysis, audits, and escalation of overdue NCRs.

Your profile:

Professional competencies:

• Experience working within a quality, project support, administration, or coordination function.
• Experience maintaining records and documentation within quality management systems.
• Understanding of non-conformance management processes and corrective action workflows.
• Experience within wind energy, construction, manufacturing, or similar technical industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), as this is the corporate language.
• Advantageous, but not required: Knowledge of cost recovery, claims management, ISO 9001, or experience from wind energy, construction, or manufacturing industries.

Personal skills:

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive follow-up actions to completion.
• An analytical approach to reporting and data management.

Practical Information

• Location: Your primary workplace will be the client's office in Aarhus. However, you will be expected to spend several weeks in Esbjerg at the beginning of your employment to shadow the local site team and get familiar with the role.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (37 hours per week).
• Duration: 2-year contract with start ASAP.
