Job summary

SAJ Electric, based in Denmark, seeks a proactive technical support specialist to assist installers and customers via phone and email. You will generate CRM cases, answer product enquiries, and coordinate with service, sales, repair centres to resolve issues efficiently.

Additionally, you will help develop technical documentation for commissioning, support the technical support process, and participate in exhibitions and fairs. Danish and Chinese fluency is valued alongside English.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualification in electronic engineering / electrical / renewable energy.
• Basic technical understanding of inverters and batteries products.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
• Fluent in Danish and Chinese; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email based problem solving and fault finding support for installers and customers.
• Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries.
• Answer technical product enquiries.
• Liaise with service, sales and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently.
• Develop, update and manage technical documentation for commissioning of products.
• Assist in developing the technical support process of the business.
• Liaise with Technical Support International.
• Assist in Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.
