Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the Danish and Nordic markets, joining a dynamic European team. You will handle field service activities, site commissioning, and after-sales improvements for BESS products.

The role requires electrician experience with a valid electrical certificate, and strong English and Danish language skills; Chinese is a plus. Overtime readiness and proactive collaboration with the After Sales team are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrician experience with required electrical certificate.
• Strong learning ability, execution, and project management background.
• Fluent in English and Danish; Chinese language skills would be a plus.
• PCS or DC system experience preferred.
• Good ability to communicate with the local After Sales team.
• Willing to respond quickly, overtime aware, strong execution, initiative.
• Ideally BESS industry background.

Responsibilities

• Support field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop.
• Manage extraction of product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness.
• Assist the field service team to complete site commissioning work.
• Prepare and release SOPs and guidance documents for technical support.
• Conduct After-Sales AC capability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building.
• Lead the development of after-sales service tools.

• Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop
• Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness
• Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work
• Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release
• Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building.

Requirements:

• Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required)
