Job summary

SAJ Electric, based in Denmark, seeks a proactive technical support specialist to assist installers and customers via phone and email. You will generate CRM cases, answer product enquiries, and coordinate with service, sales, repair centres to resolve issues efficiently.

Additionally, you will help develop technical documentation for commissioning, support the technical support process, and participate in exhibitions and fairs. Danish and Chinese fluency is valued alongside English.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualification in electronic engineering / electrical / renewable energy.
• Basic technical understanding of inverters and batteries products.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
• Fluent in Danish and Chinese; English preferred.

• Experience in a role which required inter department communication and coordination an advantage,Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Fluent in Danish and Chinese; English preferred
