Polytech is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Denmark to support customers and coordinate between sales, engineering, and production. You will manage requests, quotations, and orders, contributing to strong, long‑term customer relationships in an international wind-energy context.

The role offers responsibility, independence, and scope to work across diverse projects while supporting continuous improvement and efficient workflows. Danish-based residence is required in Bramming or Herning, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Educational background in sales administration, coordination, business.
• Experience in sales administration, coordination, and order processing.
• Ability to support customers with professional, solution‑oriented service.
• Ability to prepare quotations, tenders, and sales materials and follow up on opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare sales quotations and customer requests from initial inquiry to production.
• Manage order processing in ERP system (D365FO).
• Maintain customer information and project data.
• Register and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Contribute to optimizing and streamlining daily workflows.
