Job summary

ROCKWOOL A/S is seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Product Data Management. You will contribute to product data sheets, organize visual assets, and master multiple data systems while collaborating with the Nordic marketing team.

This is a part-time role with hybrid work options in Denmark. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor0or master0degree and bring strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Educational background at bachelor7s or masterA0level at a recognized university (CBS, KU, DTU, IT-University or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for structure and systematic data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical product data sheets in our new Rockpublish system.
• Select and organize visual assets for each datasheet.
• Learn and master multiple product data systems.
• Maintain consistency and systemic organization of information and data.

Your future team

You will become part of the Product Management team. The team consists of 6 members who describe themselves as collaborative, innovative, and dedicated to excellence. You will also be part of ROCKWOOL Nordics' larger Marketing team, which has 25 members. Our team values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, and we are driven by the goal of creating sustainable and impactful insulation solutions.

You can expect to spend 15-20 hours per week in the office, but we will of course be flexible during exam periods.

What you will be doing

• Produce technical product data sheets in our new Rockpublish system
